Booking
Can I book just one room?
No. Hidden Hills is rented exclusively as a whole. All five rooms and the entire property are yours for the length of your stay.
How many guests can stay?
A maximum of 10, across five bedrooms with double beds.
How do I book?
Directly on our website, through the booking engine on the Booking page. Payment is secure and confirmation arrives automatically by email.
Is it cheaper to book direct?
Booking through our website means you pay without the booking platforms' commission.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes. The minimum booking is two nights, in any period.
Can we arrange a longer stay?
Yes. Hidden Hills suits both weekend bookings and longer stays. For extended stays, guests can request a tailored quote, depending on the period and availability.
How do I cancel a booking?
The conditions are set out in the Booking and cancellation policy.
Accommodation
How many bathrooms does the house have?
Five. The three upstairs rooms each have a private bathroom, and the two on the ground floor share one.
How are the rooms arranged?
King, Spring and Autumn are upstairs, each with a private bathroom, dressing room and balcony. Oriental and Floral are on the ground floor, sharing a bathroom. All have double beds and measure 28 sqm.
Are extra beds available for children?
We do not provide extra beds. The maximum capacity remains 10 guests.
What will we find in the house?
A fully equipped kitchen, coffee beans, bed linen, bath and pool towels, indoor slippers, shower gel, soap and a hairdryer.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, throughout the house, including at the pool.
Can we cook?
Yes. The kitchen has an espresso machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer.
What do we need to bring?
Guests should bring their personal belongings and whatever food or drink they wish to consume.
Is the property suitable for children?
Yes. Hidden Hills can host families with children. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, particularly near the pool, the pond, the stairs, the terraces and the outdoor areas.
The pool
Does the pool work in winter?
Yes. It is indoors and heated to around 30°C all year round.
Do we need to book a time slot for the pool?
No. The pool is private and yours for the entire length of your stay.
Are pool towels provided?
Yes, dedicated towels are provided.
Can children use the pool?
Yes, with constant adult supervision. Glass items are not used in the pool area.
Arrival and access
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Do we need to tell you what time we will arrive?
Your approximate arrival time should be communicated in advance. Keeping to it matters, particularly in busy periods, so that the team has the time it needs to prepare the property properly.
Can we check in earlier or check out later?
Any request for an earlier check-in or a later check-out must be sent in advance and can only be accepted subject to availability.
How are the keys handed over?
In person. A member of our team welcomes you, hands you the key and shows you the house.
Is there parking?
Yes, five spaces within the property. Access is by private asphalt road.
How do we get there?
We send detailed arrival instructions before check-in.
Is anyone available during our stay?
Yes. A member of our team stays available for whatever you need.
Surroundings
Is Hidden Hills near any walking or cycling trails?
Yes. Hidden Hills sits in Ținutul Stejarilor, close to the Oak Trail, a circuit of around 42 km that can be explored on foot or by bike. More information is available on the official site, tinutulstejarilor.ro.
Rules
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not accepted.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not permitted indoors anywhere on the property.
Can we fish in the pond?
Yes, strictly catch & release. The pond is not for swimming or bathing.
Can we hold events?
Hidden Hills is designed for quiet stays, family gatherings and weekends spent with friends. Parties and noisy events are not permitted.
Can outdoor shoes be worn inside the villa?
To protect the wooden floors and keep the house clean, outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the villa. Guests are asked to leave their shoes at the entrance and use the indoor slippers provided.
Can people who are not included in the booking come to the property?
Only the people declared and confirmed in the booking may use the property and its facilities. Any visitor must be announced and approved in advance by the Hidden Hills team. The total capacity of 10 people may not be exceeded.
