Hidden Hills is a private retreat set on a hill at the forest edge, around 17 km from Ploiești and about an hour from Bucharest.
The property is surrounded by forest on three sides and opens onto a wide view. Access is by a private road, asphalted right up to the gate. The nearest neighbour is around 300 metres away.
The villa is rented exclusively as a whole and sleeps up to 10 guests across its five bedrooms. No one else has access to the house, the pool or the grounds while you are here.

WHY IT EXISTS
It started as a holiday home
Hidden Hills started from something simple: the wish for a place where you can reconnect with nature and where everyday life stays outside the gate for a few days.
We imagined it as our own holiday home — but one that lacked nothing. Well enough equipped for a short weekend, comfortable enough for a long stay. A house where you would not have to compromise in order to be surrounded by nature.
Then we realised that the joy of this place deserved to be shared. That is how we came to open our gates to guests as well — with the same care for detail.
What has not changed is the idea we started from. The property is rented as a whole, to a single family or a single group. No schedule, no reception desk, no other guests in the corridor. Just a hill, a house and the time you bring with you.
TIME SLOWS
Time runs differently up here
The first thing that changes is the pace. No traffic, no urgent notifications, no hour by which you have to be somewhere.
The morning starts when you wake. Lunch stretches as long as you like. The evening ends by the fire or in the water. Days regain the length they once had.
NATURE WITHIN
Nature is not the view, it is part of the house
The forest begins a few steps from the terrace. The orchard changes colour with the seasons. The pond gathers birds in the morning and light in the evening.
Large windows bring the hill inside. You do not watch nature from a distance — you live in the middle of it, with all the comfort of a fully equipped house.
QUIET LUXURY
Real luxury is space and privacy
We do not believe in opulence. We believe in enough room for ten people not to get in each other’s way, in good linen, in water at 30°C in January, and in the fact that you share nothing with anyone.
Comfort here means not having to think about anything. The house is ready, we hand you the key in person, and someone stays available if you need them.

The Wi-Fi is there. What you do with it is up to you
The internet works well throughout the house, including at the pool. There is a workspace, if you need one, and quiet, if you need more of that.
But the hill has other suggestions: a walk into the forest, a book started long ago, an hour of fishing at the pond, or an hour in the water with the phone left behind.

Close to the city, far from the noise
The village of Țipărești, Cocorăștii Mislii commune, Prahova County. The commune is part of The Land of the Oaks, an area that celebrates its ancient forests, villages and trails.
Around 17 km to Ploiești. About an hour's drive from Bucharest. A private road, asphalted right up to the property.
