Enjoy Hidden Hills at your own pace
A heated indoor pool, in any season
The water stays at around 30°C all year round. In January, when it is snowing outside, or in August, after a long day in the sun — the pool is there, ready.
Being indoors, the weather does not matter. Being private, you share the pool with no one and there are no access hours. Sun loungers and dedicated pool towels are provided.
Good to knowChildren must be supervised at all times near the pool. Glass items are not used in the pool area.
Hot tubs with hydromassage
For the evenings when nobody wants to do anything else, they are the perfect way to unwind.
Meals move outdoors
The terraces face the forest and come with outdoor furniture and a dining area. The barbecue is a few steps away, and evenings stretch out on their own.
It is the kind of place where lunch begins at one o’clock and finishes around five, without anyone noticing.
The pond
A landscape feature that changes the rhythm of your mornings entirely. Birds at sunrise, light on the water at sunset, and a silence you can hear.
Fishing is allowed, strictly catch & release — you catch, you admire, you release.
Good to knowThe pond is not for swimming or bathing. Children must be supervised at all times near the water.
The orchard
The fruit trees are part of the landscape and of the property’s rural feel. They look different in every season: blossom in spring, shade in summer, colour in autumn, clean lines in winter.
It is the place you walk through for no reason and end up staying longer than you planned.
12,000 sqm of nature
The property is surrounded by forest on three sides and set on a hill, with an open view. The nearest neighbour is around 300 metres away.
This space is what makes the difference: ten people can be on the property and still not hear one another.
A corner for everyone
Balconies upstairs, a hammock between the trees, reading spots indoors, tables outdoors and picnic areas in the garden.
When there are many of you, the most valuable thing is not the shared space but the ability to withdraw for an hour without going anywhere.
Walks
Paths across the property, quiet roads around it and the forest that begins a few steps from the terrace.
The Oak Trail also starts in our commune: a trail of around 42 km that runs to Telega, on foot or by bike.

The art of doing nothing
There is no schedule, no organised activities and no hour by which you have to be anywhere.
Sleeping in, a long coffee on the terrace, a book, a swim, a nap. The best day at Hidden Hills may well be the one where nothing happened.
Working in quiet
Good Wi-Fi throughout the house, including at the pool. A workspace, privacy and an atmosphere that helps you concentrate.
Well suited to a few days of workation (work + vacation), a team planning session or a project that needs silence.
Everything you need, already there
The kitchen is fully equipped: espresso machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, hob and all the cookware you need to cook for ten.
In the house you will find coffee beans, bath towels and pool towels, indoor slippers, shower gel, soap and a hairdryer. Air conditioning and heating throughout.
Easy to reach
Access is by a private road, asphalted right up to the property. Within the grounds there are five parking spaces beside the villa.
We send clear arrival instructions before check-in, along with the exact location.
We welcome you in person
There is no reception desk and no key box. A member of our team meets you on arrival, hands you the key and shows you around the house.
Throughout your stay, someone stays available for whatever you need — from a question about the pool to recommendations for shops, pharmacies or restaurants nearby.

All of it, only for you
The facilities are shared with no one. The property is rented as a whole, for a maximum of 10 guests.
