Hidden Hills is a private hilltop retreat in the Carpathian foothills, just one hour from Bucharest. Set in Țipărești, Prahova, with nature on three sides, all 12,000 sqm are yours alone for the length of your stay: space to slow down, privacy to switch off, and a landscape that asks nothing of you.

Private property, real privacy

There are no shared corridors and no other guests. You get the whole house, with 5 bedrooms, plus the gardens, the stone paths and the hillside. Silence has a sound here, and you hear it as soon as you stop.

Nature at your door

Forest on three sides, orchard trees, sun-warmed rocks and clean hill air. The walks have no set route: meadow, woodland and stone paths, to be discovered step by step. More sky, less noise.

An indoor pool at 30°C, all year round

The indoor pool is kept at 30°C in every season. A swim in January feels as good as one in August, so Hidden Hills works as a year-round escape, not only a summer one.

Close to the city, far from the noise

Hidden Hills is one hour from Bucharest. That is close enough for a spontaneous weekend, and far enough that the city feels like another world.
